Any & all innovative options for inclusions are presented for consideration. Final changes to your draft concept plans (if any) are implemented.

Together we will finalize a detailed cost breakout to meet your budget, based on final concept draft renderings provided. You are ready to get started… Upon acceptance, a project start date and completion is determined along with a comprehensive strategy plan to ensure any living disruptions are minimized.
